Billing
Billing sessions run monthly. New statements will be emailed to you on the 25th of the previous month. Tuition is due the 1st week of each new month. Price is $12 per class/week. Most months work out to 4 classes/weeks in the session ($48). Occasionally a month will have 5 classes/ weeks in the session and tuition would be $60 for that month.
Late Fees
Tuition is due the first week of each new month. A $5.00 late fee will be added to any balance due after the 15th of each month. If tuition is overdue more than a month your child will be unable to join gymnastic until balance id paid. You can pay online with auto pay or a one time paymen. You can also pay at your childs school.
Holidays and Absences
If your child is going to miss a class due to illness or vacations please let our office know prior to class in order to receive a credit. If Handstands is closed due to a holiday or a cancled class you will not be charged for the class.
Photo use
Pictures and videos taken during class may be used for promotional purposes. Pictures and videos taken during class may also be posted on our social media , Facebook, "Handstands a Mobile Gymnastics Company". Handstands also does 2 Facebook LIVE classes a year. One in November and one in May. If for any reason you do not want your childs pictures or videos on our Facebook or used for promotional purposes please let our office know .
