Looking for a wonderful place to help your kiddo learn fundamental gymnastics skills? Handstands Headquarters is the place for you. We keep our class sizes small and only hold one class at a time. This helps our students learn and grow at their own individual pace. We teach children to use their muscles while having fun on a variety of gymnastics equipment. Children aged 18 months to 8 years old can learn how to roll, jump, and flip into fun. We encourage strength and bravery through our positive and fun teaching techniques.
Whether you're enrolled in classes or just coming for a birthday party, you're sure to have a BLAST with HANDSTANDS!

We started in 2017 as a mobile gymnastics company, bringing all the fun of gymnastics into preschools and community centers all over the Treasure Valley. With our unique teaching style, we can accommodate children of all abilities in the same class. Each skill is tailored to your child's specific level. Our instructors use patience to build trust with our students. This allows them to build confidence in their abilities and develop new skills at their own pace. Everyone is welcome at Handstands.
